About Satarupa
I am a doctoral student of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM B ) in the area of Economics and Social Sciences. Prior to this, I was working as an Assistant professor at the Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi. I have qualified NET-JRF (2015) in Economics while pursuing my Post graduation. In the future, I want to pursue my career in academics and my research interest areas are Behavioral Economics, Development Economics, and Public policy. Besides the usual Syllabus, I can provide the right mentorship to students who want to pursue a career in Economics.

I believe in the application and interaction-based teaching process. Before joining Ph.D. I worked as an Assistant professor at the Central University of Jharkhand. I taught Microeconomics, Macroeconomics Indian economics and to their undergraduate students. My usual way of teaching includes learning the concepts from the textbook and developing students' thinking to their practical real-life application. I try to make the learning process fun with small assignments to understand the concepts better. Also, I offer crash course preparation and revision for CBSE Board 12th Economics.
