About Saugata
I come from a background that blends strong academic learning with real-world leadership experience. Having pursued Executive Management from IIM Ahmedabad and International Business from IIFT, and spent over two decades leading teams in the industry, I have seen how management concepts truly play out beyond textbooks.
Over the years, I’ve realized that the biggest gap in learning is not knowledge—but application. Many people study frameworks, but struggle to use them in real situations. That’s where I want to make a difference.
My goal is to share management thinking in a way that is practical, relatable, and grounded in real business challenges. I want to help you not just understand concepts, but learn how to apply them with clarity and confidence—whether you are preparing for a career, growing in your role, or simply trying to think better as a professional.
