I believe effective teaching starts with listening. Instead of dominating the classroom, I focus on understanding students—their doubts, pace, and way of thinking. I actively encourage interaction, asking questions and creating a space where students feel comfortable expressing confusion without hesitation. Teaching, for me, is not one-way delivery but a dialogue. I adapt my explanations based on feedback in real time, simplifying concepts until they truly click. This approach builds trust, keeps students engaged, and ensures deeper learning. By prioritizing connection over content delivery, I aim to make learning more personal, practical, and impactful for every student.
