About Maya
Hi! I’m Maya, an English tutor with over 3 years of teaching experience and an IELTS Academic score of 7.0.
I’ve worked with learners at different levels and I always try to make my classes comfortable, practical, and adapted to the student rather than following the exact same lesson for everyone.
I’m patient, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping students become more confident in English. You don’t need to be afraid of making mistakes in my class, they’re simply part of the process.

My lessons are based on real conversations, everyday topics, movies, music, and situations you might actually face. We’ll work on speaking, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and listening naturally along the way.
I pay attention to the mistakes and habits that hold you back, whether you translate in your head, hesitate when speaking, or worry too much about being wrong.
My classes are mainly for teenagers and adults from beginner to intermediate level.
My goal is simple: I want you to leave each lesson thinking, “I actually spoke English today.”
