About Zenufia
Hi this is Zenufia, the yoga instructor. I've been teaching yoga in schools like Sivesh Autism school, in Ramanadhapuram, Idhazh National School. I'm currently pursuing M/s.pothys groups classes. I've been a yoga instructor since 2011.
Types of yoga:
I've specialized in Patanjali Yoga, Kundalni Yoga, Pranayama Meditation, and Mudras and 9 types of Suriya Namaskaram.(Basically advanced level yoga.)
It's been known to cure all types of joint pain, and release people from stress. It also serves as a cure for Asthma, Allergy, Vericose veins, Thyroid problems, cholesterol, Diabetes and Helps in weight loss. It's also proved helpful to pregnant ladies. It also improves our eyesight and immunity in our body which is essential in times like these.
My aim : My aim is to keep the employees physically and mentally fit, thereby helping the organization in its objectives. I feel like I will spread positivity among the workforce and increase their confidence levels.
