About Aastha
Iam a psychotherapist and passionate about anything psychology related. I borrow from my clinical experience which makes teaching more fun, interactive and less theoretical.
I understand how daunting it can be to not understand something and conversely how exhilarating it feels when we learn something new! My goal is to help with both of these processes.

Using a hands on approach and making myself easily approachable is what I strive for.
-I use open ended discussion as a format, self reflective assignments and also rely on PPT as and when needed.
