About Blessing
I am a Human Resource practitioner with over 17 years work experience in HR. I have an MSc in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, Scotland and I am an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). I am the lead HR person in my organisation.

I approach each topic uniquely based on the requirements. I normally use coaching method by asking questions to know what the student has in mind about the particular topic. I also ask students to make recommendations if they were faced with the situation and no one is there. This helps my students to think deeply in order to proffer solutions to knotty issues.
