About Andrew
I am married with 2 daughters at university and a teenage son.
I have been teaching for over 25 years, and an examiner with the WJEC exam board since 2001. (I have seen every conceivable incorrect way to solve equations! You will NOT surprise me! And there is nothing that cannot be fixed!)
I have also seen the most fearful and timid students grow hugely in confidence, turn around completely and getting SHOCKINGLY amazing GCSE results!
I also use a HUGE variety of materials and resources and can be very specific about using 'just the right' questions to either "unstuck" someone or push someone.

My approach with students is to be extremely encouraging and affirming. Lots and lots of supported practise, and repetician helps "keep everything in your mind at the same time."
I have succesfully taught HUNDREDS of pupils, and marked THOUSANDS of exam scripts as an examiner and so am completely familiar with common misconceptions, how to fix them, and what's required for exam success.
I can currently offer GCSE and AS / A2 Pure and Applied.
Lessons are usually 55 minutes long and I tutor online
