About Aubrey
Do you wonder how a blend of formal conservatory training and practical gigging experience changes your piano development? Teaching provides me a way to share the 10 years of Latin music performance I gained while living in the US. My 13 years of experience allow me to break down complex hand independence and theory into digestible concepts. I maintain a tradition-rooted approach that values solid technique and clear posture.

Your first session starts with a clear assessment of your current posture and hand position. I guide you through foundational theory and ear training to ensure you possess the tools for long-term success. A short recorded playback of each session serves as a vital resource so you can review the material at home.

Because I hold dual degrees from UNAM and Berklee, I can adjust the difficulty to match your specific grade exam needs.
