NLP questioning techniques will help you find the resources you need to live a happier, more positive & healthy lifestyle within yourself. Drama-based techniques will allow you to experiment with challenging situations faced in the real world and find problem-solving techniques, help focus, breathing and positive motivational mindset techniques. All coached in a light-hearted way (my best teachers from years past, were ones who were both professional/light-hearted in their approach). Sessions are for 16+
