About Edward
My B.Sc. (Honors) in Education and Training at Dublin City University required me to continually reflect on and develop my professional practice. Through modules including Educational Theory and Practice, Learning Psychology and Philosophy, Teaching Methodologies, Curriculum Design and Development, and Assessment and Evaluation, I developed an understanding of how effective teaching should respond to the needs of learners and to changes in education.
I was open to feedback and guidance from experienced faculty staff and used their experience to improve my lesson planning, classroom communication and teaching approaches. Working with students from different backgrounds and with different learning needs also required me to remain flexible and adapt my approach.
