William E. B. McCorn is an experienced educator, speaker, and creative with a passion for serving marginalized communities.
McCorn, the eldest son of educators, uses his life story of going from college dropout to nationally-honored scholar to inspire other young people to craft their own narratives.
McCorn is co-founder of The Family Griot Agency, a human-centered design, education & curation agency focused of amplifying the voices of Black creatives, educators, and entrepreneurs

As a DEIBJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging & Justice) focused educator, I seek to help my students look inward in order to understand the dynamics of society. Through both theoretical and practical lessons, I seek to truly increase my students' understanding of the world around them and the systems that comprise it.
With tutoring experience ranging from elementary to higher education, I have developed lessons that allow students of all ages to see themselves in the content, thus providing a more in-depth understanding of it, as well as a sense of empathy that transfers beyond the classroom setting
