About Nandini
I am an Honors Computer Science and Engineering major at Michigan State University with a 4.0 GPA. I am an undergraduate- teaching assistant for Linear Algebra with computational applications -- a challenging but fun course for CS/Mathematics juniors/seniors. I also regularly tutor my friends in their computer science courses.
I love challenging myself to teach even the most complicated concepts using fun and unique examples. I also love getting my students to genuinely develop an interest in these concepts by relating them to their interests/talking about all the cool applications of what they are learning about.

I develop and customize my lesson plans based on four main things:
- the goal that you, the student, are trying to reach
- the topic/subject that I am going to tutor you in
- the time available and your proficiency level
- your study habits
Depending on these four things and one-two session I would determine your specific lesson plan.
For instance, if your goal is to get a specific grade on an exam, I would tailor the lessons to focus your lesson plan on helping you thoroughly learn concepts and problem-solving skills most important for the exam. If your goal is to gain a better understanding of the material and is not necessarily exam-focused, I would include a variety of resources and include different types of problems that don't necessarily appear on your exam but help you get a conceptual understanding.
