About Christie
I have lived in several countries around the world including Hong Kong, Canada, United States and now the United Kingdom.
I believe in the power of language and knowledge in different cultures, which can help broaden both your personal and professional life.
I also love teaching and guiding students who are passionate in learning, seeing growth in a student gives me such a warm and fulfilling feeling. Just trying to spread and share experiences!

My teaching experiences were mostly English to younger children, however I am more than happy to help those (any age range) who wants to know more about the Hong Kong/Chinese culture and any of the 3 languages to brush up their speaking for work, school or simply out of interest!
English:
For children (age 10 or below), I focus on grammar, reading and speaking.
For students (age 11 to 18), I focus on building foundation on daily conversations or interviews, literature, comprehension and vocabulary.
Cantonese & Mandarin:
Depending on need/interest, I can include culture elements. I can also teach you how to speak and communicate in daily conversations, and also in a professional or academic setting.
Typically an hour per week for lessons, can be adjusted to your availability.
