She's kind. She makes things fun. She's never gotten mad at me for not understanding something. She helps me work through things, and learn quicker.

She listens, goes at the pace of the student, and she has multiple techniques for different people. She's patient with students with special needs, and knows how to deal with them. She's kind, never gets upset with a student, and really helpful.
