I am a highly qualified English language educator with a PhD in English Language Teaching and over 25 years of experience in the field. About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is student-centered, interactive, and culturally responsive, ensuring that learners engage actively and develop both linguistic competence and cultural awareness.
I employ a communicative and task-based approach, integrating real-life contexts to enhance language acquisition. My lessons focus on the four key language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) while embedding cultural elements to foster deeper understanding. I use a mix of direct instruction, scaffolding, and student-led discussions to promote critical thinking. Additionally, I incorporate technology and authentic materials, such as news articles, podcasts, and videos, to enrich learning.
A typical lesson lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the learner's needs and objectives. For intensive courses or exam preparation, longer sessions may be arranged.
