About Aishwarya

Hi, I’m Aishwarya Srivastava. I currently reside in Faridabad, Haryana, and I was born and brought up in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. I completed my schooling from Fatima Convent under the UP Board, with English as the medium of instruction. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a First Division, majoring in Marketing and HR from Kanpur University. I later pursued my MBA from Chandigarh University, also graduating with First Division, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing. Professionally, I have 2.5 years of corporate experience and am currently working as an HR at GD Goenka High School (CBSE). Alongside my corporate journey, I’ve always nurtured a strong passion for teaching. Teaching is something I genuinely love and have been doing since my graduation days. During my graduation and post-graduation, I conducted coaching classes for students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, teaching English, Hindi, Social Science, and Personality Development. My core strengths include English communication, public speaking, writing, and student engagement. I aim to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and tailored to every student’s needs.

About the lesson

As a teacher, I focus on creating a student-centered learning environment where curiosity, clarity, and confidence are prioritized. My goal is not just to teach but to inspire students to enjoy the process of learning. I use a blend of interactive and practical teaching techniques such as storytelling, real-life examples, visual aids, role-playing (especially for language and speaking skills), and regular quizzes or activities to keep students engaged. Class Structure: 1-Warm-up / Recap 2-Concept Introduction 3-Interactive Practice 4-Doubt-Solving & Recap Special Features as a Teacher: 1-Strong communication and motivation skills 2-Experience in handling both academic subjects and skill-based training 3-Emphasis on both academic and personality development (especially for spoken English and confidence building) My classes are designed for: School children (for subjects like English, Hindi, and Social Science) College students and adults (especially for spoken English, interview skills, and communication) Homework or Practice Task
