About Oliver
I hold an AA in English/Liberal Arts, a BFA in Theatre, I'm a produced playwright and professional writer, and I teach classes on horsemanship to a homeschool group. I was on the Dean's List while pursuing my AA at college and later while earning my BFA at a university. I graduated with high honors in high school, with honors in university, and tested into college-level English before I graduated 8th grade. I specialize in developing a personalized approach for each student, especially if that student may struggle with "traditional" learning.

The first step is to meet with the student (and parent(s), if applicable) and discuss what the goals and challenges are. Then, a unique lesson plan will developed for each student. There will be enough flexibility within that lesson plan so it can change and shift depending on the student's needs, but enough structure to meet the goal.
I specialize in my fellow neurodivergent students who struggle with "traditional" learning. I was diagnosed with APD (Auditory Processing Disorder) and ADHD, but wasn't given tools to manage my unique learning abilities. I found my way through music/background noise, games to play with myself during study, movement, and creating structure for my assignments. I made the Dean's List twice and graduated with honors in high school and university.
