I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Iqra University. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll and taxation, legal compliance, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and HRMS implementation.
Professionally, I have conducted employee onboarding sessions, HR awareness programs, and refresher training sessions, enabling me to explain concepts in a clear, structured, and practical manner. I am passionate about teaching and believe in creating an engaging learning environment that combines theory with real-world application.
Alongside my professional background, I have completed the Holy Quran with Tajweed according to the Ahl-e-Sunnah methodology. I also teach beginner-level Quran recitation with Tajweed, helping students build a strong foundation in correct pronunciation and recitation. This experience has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to teach learners at different levels.
I am committed to continuous learning and aim to contribute as an educator by delivering knowledge with clarity, professionalism, and a learner-centered approach.
