About Miren
I am 22, studying history at the University of Birmingham and I am currently writing my dissertation on American medical history. I am a mentor to first year history students so have had experience in tutoring and essay and exam preparation for the past three years. I achieved A* grades in both GCSE and A-Level history, scoring 100% on many of my exams and would therefore be ideally suited to best guide students towards the top grades.

I conduct a collaborative tutor session, allowing students to get teaching and advice on the areas they want to work on most. I will focus on content teaching coupled with extensive teaching on exam prep and best ways to answer essay/exam questions. A typical lesson is 1 hour however this can be longer or shorter if desired.
