About Lydia
My name is Lydia, I am currently an A Level lecturer in a university in inner Birmingham. I love history and think it’s a fantastic subject with so much to it, which helps people understand themselves and their surrounding world. I personally thrive on seeing students develop and wanting to improve their overall grade. I put my all into developing students' personal goals, and also encouraging them to fulfil their true potential, whilst filling them with confidence to step forward in their learning.

I teach with passion, and when it comes to private tutoring I do short stakes quizzes to assess knowledge gaps. I recap over the knowledge and the course, and set exam questions for me to mark and then feedback to my students. Knowledge and exam technique are the two pillars of the approach to my tutoring and have been found to be extremely beneficial for students.
