About Mitchy
I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in history, an honors thesis, and other published research. My teaching is geared towards high school students taking any American or European history course. I took AP American History and AP European History while in high school, received 5's on both exams, and am willing to work with test prep for those AP exams.

I am passionate about sharing history in a way that current students can understand and relate to. I always work to discuss and teach history in language that a student can engage with while never over-simplifying the narrative. Depending on the student's needs and learning styles, lessons can involve answering sample short essays, test prep, or a more conversational approach.
