About Krista
Hi, I'm Krista! I have a Bachelor of Arts in Honors History and finished top of my class... But I understand the perils of boring history lessons, the frustrations of writing a history essay, and the "why should I care" attitude. I am passionate about helping people succeed and have experience being a TA, teaching kids, and in education courses. I am very flexible with teaching styles, as my priority is you and your needs. My goal is to inspire confidence in your abilities and help you connect with history in a new way.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in History and have felt the perils of "boring" history lessons, but I am here to make it more accessible and understandable. Whether you are having trouble writing a history paper, remembering facts, or understanding the significance, I can help bridge the gap. I also have a science degree, so I am well-equipped to look at history from your perspective if you find yourself more interested in sciences. I am also available for teaching geography, French, and social sciences to elementary, middle, and secondary school students. I want to learn about you and what your learning style is - visual, verbal, audible, etc., so that I can tailor my lesson to what your needs are. So, whether you love history or hate history, I am here for you and would love to help you succeed.
