I am a tutor running my Institute in Ladakh by name Himalayan gurukul. I have served as a tutor in Jammu for 2 yrs and then worked as a teacher and now running my own Institute for physics and chemistry.

My teaching method is co operative base and visualization. I personally felt that students feel free in co operative method as they can ask freely and they can share their problems without any hesitation. Learning to me is not possible without asking so asking questions are important which can be achieved by cooperative method.
