About Andrea
I am an experienced ESL teacher with 12 years of teaching experience, working with High School and College learners. I am committed to providing personalised instruction that helps students improve their English skills and confidence.
I create customised lesson plans that focus on grammar accuracy, vocabulary development, pronunciation, and fluency. I also include reading, writing, listening, and speaking practice to support complete language learning.
My teaching approach is friendly, structured, and student-centred. I create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable practising English. I provide clear feedback and adjust lessons based on progress.

My ESL teaching methodology is flexible, practical, and student-centred. I focus on motivation, communication, creativity, and time management to help students learn English confidently and effectively.
Motivation is a key part of my classes. I encourage students through positive feedback, achievable goals, and recognition of progress. Communication is practised in every lesson through speaking, listening, reading, and real-life conversation activities.
Creativity makes lessons fun and memorable. I use role plays, storytelling, visuals, and practical exercises to help students retain and apply English skills. Time management ensures lessons are organised, focused, and productive.
Along with ESL, I also teach spoken English, grammar basics, vocabulary development, pronunciation, business communication, email writing, and presentation skills. My goal is to help students communicate clearly and confidently.
