The beauty industry is my passion and I love to motivate and develop others. Confident yet down to earth, with excellent interpersonal skills my personality and skillset allows me to coach and inspire others with ease. I am quickly able to identify training needs for individual learners, allowing for excellent course delivery. With a good understanding of media tools and learning styles, my presentation skills are quality. I relish in using my experience and passion of the beauty, spa and skincare industry to mentor others, enabling them to reach their full potential. Patience is a strength of mine, and I endeavour to be tactful and encouraging when delivering learners guidance on improvements.
I really enjoy connecting with a variety of people and forming a great rapport, be it on a one-to-one basis or within a group. I have a good sense of humour and a very down to earth personality.
