About Oscar
Civil Engineering Graduate (4.0 GPA/First Class with Honours) from the University of Birmingham (Top 15 UK University) and worked in major financial institutions (HSBC, Ernst and Young and Deloitte).
I teach Mathematics alongside Mechanics and Statistics.
Studying Civil Engineering and having experience in major companies enables me to engage with students better, providing real-life experiences which students have found much more useful.
I also write personal statements for Colleges/Universities and offer workshops for resumes and CVs when applying for jobs.

Upon graduating in Civil Engineering, I worked in finance for both major banks and big four accountancy firms and then decided to devote my career to teaching mathematics.
I have been tutoring for more than 10 years now and have taught hundreds of students worldwide.
Having taught both experienced students and ones with a basic understanding, I cater to building strong foundations to teach you the fundamentals of mathematics and expanding on your existing knowledge to polish your skills.
I work with students from all backgrounds and levels, from elementary to adults who would like to pursue a career change.
I understand the patience and support needed for students,
having worked with a range of ages, I realise all you need is a confidence boost and by the end of the lessons you will truly realise how intelligent you are.
