About Peter
My name is Pete and I am a highly experienced EFL tutor. I've worked in many different places and enjoyed traveling the world immensely. I enjoy meeting people from every walk of life and from every culture and enjoy finding out about people. I enjoy great rapport with my students and I will always be listening with both ears. I say 'both ears' because I will be listening and responding to what you are saying (the content) but will then bring you back to comment on how you expressed it (the structure) so that you can work on ways of making yourself clearer. There are no quick fixes to language learning and you'll have to do most of the work yourself - but I am a very experienced guide and mentor! I will be with you every step of the way.

I have been teaching English as a foreign language for 30 years and have worked in many different places. These days I teach online from home. I have both the CELTA and DELTA qualifications and am an experienced oral examiner too. I prepare students for exams, interviews, presentations and academic projects as well as working with people who simply want to maintain or improve their level. I use a wide variety of sources and can help you better understand grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening and reading. Lessons are 55 minutes and start on the hour.
