About Stephen

I’m Stephen Yeap Weller — a graduate in Electrical & Computer Engineering with a specialisation in machine learning, and the co-founder and CTO of Seshr, an events-tech startup. Having achieved 10 A*s at GCSE and 43 points in the IB, I know what it takes to excel in demanding exams. I’ve taught STEM subjects in person, helping students boost both grades and confidence, and I’m now bringing that same proven approach to online lessons through Superprof. My work in the tech industry lets me bring lessons to life by linking classroom concepts to real-world innovations, helping students see the impact of what they learn. I also work extensively with AI and can guide students in using it effectively as a study aid, enhancing their learning without replacing it.

About the lesson

I help students master Maths and Science while also discovering the why behind each topic. Lessons are designed to spark curiosity and show how STEM shapes the innovations driving our world. As a tech business owner, I bring industry insight and proven teaching strategies. Using the Socratic method, I make problem-solving interactive, challenging, and rewarding. This approach helps students grow in both knowledge and confidence. From Key Stage 2 through GCSE, A-Level, and IB, we’ll work together through structured lessons and targeted practice to get you exam-ready. All ages and levels are welcome!
