I am a highly accomplished educator with over 15 years of instructional expertise, including 4 years of specialized
experience in Teacher Training and Mentoring. As a Master Trainer and CPD Facilitator at the Directorate of
Professional Development (DPD) Peshawar, I have led twice 9-month induction training cycles for new teachers and
facilitated continuous professional development programs across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. My academic foundation
includes an MPhil in Education (2025) with a CGPA of 3.59, a Master in English, and a Master in Education. I am a
recipient of multiple 'Best Teacher' awards for outstanding academic results and dedication. My research passion lies
in bridging the gap between classroom practice and educational theory, specifically in Teacher Professional
Development, inclusive pedagogy, and curriculum implementation."
