I am a high-achieving university student offering engaging maths tutoring for children aged 8 to 16. My lessons focus on in-depth understanding so students actually comprehend the context behind the maths, rather than just memorising formulae.
I use a hyper-interactive, step-by-step methodology to break down complex topics. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, which includes collaborative problem-solving and setting a small independent task for the week. We always begin the next session by reviewing this task together to ensure the concepts have stuck and to build long-term confidence.
