About Isobel
I am a high school student with a passion for learning and teaching. I love working with young kids to develop them as people and tutoring allows me to gift people with the confidence in themselves and their abilities, this translates to all parts of life, even situations outside of the classroom. I have worked with a large variety of students in lots of different situations. My favorite subjects to learn are French, Math and Legal Studies/Social Justice. But my favorite subjects to teach are Math, Science and English.

I believe as a tutor giving a student confidence in themselves is the most important thing to bring to a lesson, a successful learner has confidence in all subjects so as a tutor, teaching students how to approach problems and concepts with confidence.
I have extensive experience with lower high school students and upper primary students. And through working with a large variety of kids, I have perfected my ability to adapt my teachings to the learner.
Typical lessons last anywhere from 30-60 minutes but tutoring is not a one-size-fits-all solution, so adaption to the student is key through trial and error, accompanied with communication with their support networks.
