About Megan
Hi! My name is Megan and I’m a junior in high school with a strong passion for history and education. I specialize in helping middle and high school students better understand historical events, timelines, and themes — from ancient civilizations to modern world conflicts. I’ve maintained high test scores and grades in California History, AP U.S. History and AP European History. And am currently preparing to take AP Government next year! I love to make history feel relevant by connecting the past to current events, and I love to use interactive methods to help teach like timelines, maps, primary source analysis, and guided debates to make each session engaging and informative. Whether you need help prepping for an exam, organizing your notes, or breaking down tricky topics like the Cold War or the Civil Rights Movement, I’m here to help you succeed and enjoy the process!
