About Maksimovvnagul

Hi! I’m Gulnur, an enthusiastic English tutor with an IELTS score of 7.0.

English is actually my third language, and I’m currently learning my fourth language, Korean. Because of this, I understand what it feels like to learn a new language, make mistakes, struggle with difficult topics, and slowly become more confident. I want my students to feel comfortable doing the same.

My lessons are friendly, practical, and adapted to each student’s level. I focus on helping students actually understand and use English rather than simply memorizing rules. We can work on Speaking, Reading, Listening, Writing, vocabulary, grammar, or general English depending on your goals.

I’m also preparing to take IELTS again, so I’m constantly improving my own English and exploring new ways to prepare effectively. I would be happy to share what I’ve learned and help you become more confident in English.

About the lesson

I help students improve their English and prepare for IELTS through clear explanations, practical exercises, and personalized feedback. Since I am currently preparing to take IELTS again, I continue to develop my own English skills and stay familiar with the latest challenges and strategies for the exam.

A typical lesson begins with a short review, followed by focused practice based on the student’s goals. We can work on Speaking, Reading, Listening, Writing, vocabulary, and grammar. I explain mistakes step by step and show students how they can improve independently.

What sets me apart is that I am a student myself, so I understand the difficulties students experience when preparing for an exam. I have already achieved an IELTS overall score of 7.0, including 8.0 in Listening and 7.0 in Reading, and I am currently preparing for another attempt to improve my skills even further. This allows me to share practical strategies from my own experience and understand the exam from a student’s perspective.

My lessons are suitable for beginner and intermediate English learners and students who are starting their IELTS preparation. I especially enjoy helping students build confidence, improve their vocabulary and grammar, and develop effective study habits.
