About Tanjir
As a 15-year-old, helping students has become a significant part of who I am today that lets others know that there is still hope among the youth. Mathematics should not be hard for anyone, so my job is to ensure that all students understand. Hence, I am strongly committed to making learning fun, and I believe every student has the potential to succeed with the right support and encouragement. Outside of tutoring, I am always participating in high school activities and clubs that introduce me to new methods of helping others of all ages!

Teaching begins with warm-up question(s), followed by engaging discussions and question time. I will ask students what they need help with the most and start from there. My method allows students to build on what they have already learned through thought-provoking questions. Students are all allowed to seek support with schoolwork and projects. As a male tutor part of the youth, I am able to connect with students more personally, but also engagingly! Lessons are specifically for those in the 6th or 7th grade, NYC.
