About Stacey
I am a very adaptable teacher and love working with and teaching those who need help! I have taken 8 AP classes and maintained a 100.5 average throughout my high school career, and I am always willing to share my knowledge and I found that tutoring was a great medium through which I could do just that! Not only have I coached younger kids playing soccer, but I have tutored both in preparation for the SAT and done homework help for middle school students. I love helping others, and I have always tried to be an understanding and collaborative teacher. I would love to have the opportunity to spread my knowledge!

My lessons are very adaptable. I make it my goal to make sure that my student understands the material fully. I tend to go very in depth and be thorough about every concept that the student has a question about ensuring that they comprehend every aspect of the lesson. A typical lesson plan would begin by going over some basic techniques and key points relating to a topic, followed by a variety of practice sets. I believe that learning through practice is one of the best ways to grasp an idea, and any questions that the students may have I strive to go as in-depth as possible to answer it. I am a high school senior, and am most comfortable teaching middle school kids, as I have experience through a tutoring organization called ClutchEd. However, I am also experienced in SAT prep.
