About Vivian
Hi! I'm a high school senior who is excited to help other students enjoy learning and succeed academically. My main academic passion is biology. I am also open to tutoring other STEM courses (namely chemistry, math and physics), Spanish, and NMSQT/SAT prep as a National Merit Semifinalist. Outside of school, I enjoy a mix of artsy and academic pursuits. I participate in scientific research at a biotechnology company and the National Cancer Institute. As co-president of my school's Model UN team, I mentor young delegates in public speaking and policy writing.

My approach to tutoring is ensuring that students leave the lesson not with skills to solve a particular type of problem but the foundational knowledge/test prep needed to succeed on any future assignments! Questions to be discussed can be sent to me prior our lesson to streamline the session.
As an AP test taker, I am most comfortable tutoring other high school students from levels before and up to the AP level :)
