About Matthew
Honor-roll student throughout elementary, middle, and high school. Taking Honors and Advanced Placement courses and currently completing college-level coursework. Experienced in helping classmates, friends, and younger cousins with homework and studying. Strong in math, history, science, and general homework support. I’m patient, responsible, and able to explain concepts clearly at any level. I offer help with homework, test prep, and study strategies. Available after school and some weekends.

First I’d try to understand what is giving the student the most trouble. Through practice problems, I can ascertain where exactly they’re slowing down or needing some kind of assistance. Afterwards, I dig at the root of the issue, and work my way up with the student. I’ve found that learning from someone who is also a student helps with the understanding of concepts. Lessons would be for elementary to middle school age children, any subject.
