About Fella
I have been teaching high school level science courses for 28 years. I am dual certified in biology and chemistry. Biology, fish husbandry, chemistry, environmental science, ecology, and marine biology are my specialties. I believe in hands-on teaching and practical examples.

My approach as a tutor is designed to make the student feel at ease, understand where the student is coming from. I like to ask more than what they do not understand. Ask the student for goals and then help them achieve it. The more I know about them, the more I can help. My specialties are at the high school level: biology, chemistry, environmental science, ecology and marine biology. My lesson plans include Learning Intentions and Success Criteria. I like to let the student know what they can expect and how they can determine if they have been successful.
