Our session will have flexibility and “choice elements” for you.
—If you have questions that you’d like for us to look at, we will use our time for that
—If you’d like me to work with you more generally about a certain topic, we’ll work on that
—If you'd like to explore free resources that can help you continue to develop as a math student while we aren’t working together, we can spend time exploring those tools to help you gain confidence with them
—(Or we can do a blend of the ideas activities / topics listed above)
It’s my goal that you have a strong conceptual understanding of the material so that you don’t merely memorize some facts for a test, but rather you have an intricate understanding of the logic to the math.
(Also, because it’s important to me that we have a relationship that is not merely transactional / mechanical, I will plan to work with you for 66 minutes so that we can have a little bit of time to connect as people, if you’d like to…)
