About Cassidy
I am a teacher in North Carolina at a very diverse inner city school, and am a TFA alumni. I have worked previously as a tutor and an online grader, and have helped students all the way from middle school math to calculus III and beyond.
I do have several pets in my home, so you may seen them or hear them in the background on occasion. If you like dogs, cats, and rabbits, and need help with math, I’m probably a great match for you!

If you have a specific topic you want to look at, I can provide practice with a “I do, we do, you do” style. I’ll start with me doing a practice problem and breaking down step by step how to solve it. Then we’ll do the next problem together, and you can go through the steps with me. Last you’ll try a problem on your own, and I can check it and give you feedback.
Math can be very stressful, but my goal is to take away some of that anxiety and reassure you that you can do it! Anyone is capable of math, and I’m happy to help you with whatever level you’re coming in at.
