About Sanesh
I am a third year Actuarial Science Undergraduate student at York University, a programme that is centred around Math & Statistics. I have about 1 year of experience tutoring Ontario High school students Math & Calculus and more than 4 years of experience tutoring Math & Calculus to middle school equivalent students back at home in Singapore.

I first look for the student's weaknesses and then I try to understand the study approach that the student is comfortable with. Following which, I craft out my tutoring sessions that matches both and I ensure that the student gains more confidence in studying on his/her own as a result of my tutoring. While tutoring, what I strongly believe to be effective is the "switch-roles" approach, where I ask the student to explain the entire concept to me, as if I am the student and he/she is the tutor.
