About Eli
Hello! I'm so excited to teach you or your child! I'm a Junior at Bingham High, and have helped classmates and friends with math and ACT test prep through both informal and formal tutoring opportunities.
I've had a passion for teaching math and math itself since I was very young. I've been tutoring for around 6 months and have loved helping peers with their math and ACT prep.
I've been lucky enough to receive a 5 on the AP Calc BC test, 34 on the ACT math section, and a perfect 800 on the math section of the PSAT. I'm familiar with ACT test-taking strategies, and would love to help with the ACT.
I've studied math at the University of Utah, and am planning to study multiple mathematic disciplines over the next year as a high school senior. I plan on getting a PhD and becoming a professor of mathematics as a career.

Lessons are for any level 8th grade through Calculus, including AP Statistics. Lessons will involve students bringing material they need help on. If not, an assessment will be provided that will show what they need to work on. Specialized problems will be created for the next lesson, and follow-up checks on knowledge will be given in future lessons.
