About Uchenna

It's lovely to meet you! I am an honors student with a 4.17 GPA and a history of straight A’s in English. Writing is not just an academic strength for me—it is my biggest passion. I have been deeply involved in creative writing for four years, growing my skills in structure, tone, and storytelling. I even recently wrote a complete book featuring original poetry, short stories, and some horror-themed lessons. Though my skills extend beyond it. When I am not reading, writing, or editing essays, you can find me practicing guitar (which I’ve played for three years), working crochet projects, or swimming.
My goal as a text-based tutor is to bring that same dedication, creativity, and attention to detail to your assignments. Whether you need help brainstorming a creative narrative or structuring a strict academic essay, I am here to help you make your writing stand out!

About the lesson

As an active 11th grade AP Seminar student with a 4.17 GPA and experienced peer editor, including experience in Honors English 9, Public Speaking, and Speech and Debate. I know exactly what teachers look for, with the additional advantage of someone who learned English as a second language and climbed this far;

How It Works

This service is entirely text-based. No stressful Zoom sessions, phone calls, or scheduled video meetings required. As I understand how hard it would be to find a place to schedule in our busy weeks. You email me your assignment prompt and share your draft via Google Docs.
I use the Suggestions and Comments features to leave detailed feedback.
You receive your completely reviewed document back within 24 to 48 hours.

Short Essays / Assignments (1–3 pages): $10 flat rate
Longer Papers: $5 per page
On request I can screen record progress to assure you no plagiarism or outside sources are being used.
