About Hayden
My name is Hayden, and I’m a 22-year-old teacher currently working across multiple schools. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Education, with a focus on English and Social Studies at the middle and high school levels.
Over the past two years, I’ve worked with a wide range of students and learning styles, which has helped me become a patient, flexible, and supportive educator. I’ve also spent time teaching a variety of subjects, including English, art, and science, so I’m comfortable adapting lessons to meet individual student needs.
Outside the classroom, I’m very involved in sports like soccer and hockey, and I enjoy building positive relationships with students through both academics and extracurriculars.
My goal with tutoring is to help students not only improve their skills, but also feel more confident and comfortable in their learning.

Hi! I’m a certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education and a background in Political Science. I currently teach both middle school and high school English, and I’m offering one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
My tutoring is focused on helping students build confidence and improve their skills in:
Reading comprehension
Essay writing and paragraph structure
Grammar and editing
Test and exam preparation
Each session is personalized to the student’s needs. A typical session would include:
A quick review of previous work or areas of difficulty
