About Maddison
Hello! My name is Maddison! I am a student myself, currently dual-enrolled in high school and college! I have ADHD, and when I was younger, school was a struggle. Either I couldn't remember the material, or I couldn't focus, or I really just didn't want to do it. Because of this, I've learned to adapt, and try hundreds of different methods. Everyone learns differently, and you absolutely cannot give up. My goal is to help you help yourself, by providing a foundation you can rely on, and making sure that once you surpass what I can teach you, you can take what you've learned from your experience with me, and use it to succeed.

I believe tutoring should be a fun, calm experience to help you enjoy what you're doing, no matter how frustrating it may be. I like to come into my lessons with an open mind, and assess who you are as a person, and how I can best help you, not just pass the next test, but hopefully show you how to build on the skills you're learning, and grow up to be just as passionate as I am! I can help with elementary school learning, with Math, Reading, Writing, and Science. A typical session with me will be student (or parent) guided, showing me what you're working on, so we can work on it together, and I can provide extra practice as needed.
