About Timothy
I have played sport all throughout my life and I have always been trained by the best high performance coaches in South Africa and obtained provincial and national colours for my sport. Practically, I feel that I have the necessary knowledge and I train my own athletes with their own specialised high performance programmes.
I am currently doing my Master's in Performance Coaching at Setanta College.

As a tutor and coach I feel that it is my duty to create an environment where my students/athletes feel confident within themselves and their abilities and they are capable of performing well. It is also my duty as a tutor and coach to ensure that my students remain humble and and are aware of their strengths.

Cancellation policy: 24 hour notice to be given for cancellations.
However, if there is an emergency that occurs and there is a cancellation the day of, there are make up sessions within the week if session slots are available.
