About Millie
I am a dedicated young tutor who has recently completed sixth form, with a strong passion for Maths and Science. I enjoy helping students understand challenging topics, build confidence and achieve the grades they are aiming for. Having independently taught myself A-level Biology alongside my other A-levels, I understand the importance of effective revision techniques, organisation and planning. I have also regularly supported my younger sister with her studies, giving me experience in explaining concepts clearly and adapting my approach to suit different learning styles.

As a student myself I know the easiest ways for learners to grasp new concepts and I will use these techniques when teaching new students. Lessons will be an hour long as this gives us a good amount of time to properly learn new topics without being overwhelming for the student. I got a 9-9 in GCSE combined science and a grade 8 in GCSE mathematics. I also achieved an A in A-level biology, which I taught myself independently. My lessons are for GCSE maths and science students up to a grade 9 level.
