About Kirill
As a straight A* student in a British high school, I know how important it is to make learning both fun and effective. Having previously tutored elementary school kids in English and math, I’ve developed a skill for breaking down tricky concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. My experience in debating has also sharpened my communication skills, allowing me to help students express themselves clearly and confidently, whether it’s improving grammar, tackling reading comprehension, or mastering writing. I structure each lesson to the student’s pace and needs, creating a supportive and engaging environment where they can build confidence, ask questions, and make real progress. As an English tutor for middle school and younger students, I focus on creating a fun, interactive, and supportive learning environment specifically each student's needs. My teaching method combines engaging activities, real-life examples, and practical exercises to build strong skills in grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and writing. A typical lesson includes a quick warm-up activity, focused learning on specific areas (like sentence structure or reading passages), and interactive practice, followed by a simple recap to reinforce the material. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with younger students as someone close to their age, making lessons relatable, patient, and enjoyable while building their confidence step by step.
