About Hitesh

I have 3 years of experience as a fitness trainer.

In year 2020 when covid 19 on it peek. I provide online classes to my students for theire better imune system.provide them good nutrition plans.

I have specialisation in gaining weight and reducing fat. I can transform any one in 3 months.

About the lesson

Fitness is the game of muscle and mind connection so if you have a strong mind so you can get a well body structure. My transformation technique is to build my students mind strong first then theire body. I provide fitness training since 3 years and transform more than 40 peoples.
